This 40" tall x 30" wide piece was inspired by my maternal grandmother, Ana Mozuras Pacevic. It received Best in Show and First Place in the November 2013 Ridge Art Competition near Orlando, FL, on exhibit through December 22, 2013. It also received Best of Show in Manatee FL Art League 2016 juried competition and Award of Excellence in a 2015 Lakeland FL Art Guild juried competition. Most recently hung at the Smithsonian- affiliated Polk Museum of Art in Lakeland, FL (January-April 2019) and was shown in the curated show, "Exceptionalities" at the CityArts Factory, Star Gallery, Orlando, FL beginning January 19, 2017 running to February 12, 2017.
