Artist's Description
I did like the feeling that this scene could be moved into the abstract realm or into realism, and I chose a path somewhere in between, using palette knife to produce textures;many impasto layers. I always wanted to live in a little (yellow) frame house at the beach with my art studio facing the ocean! Yellow didn't work in this painting for the house so used the teal!
