Artist's Description
The phrase "when pigs fly" actually describes an impossibility. It occurred to my husband and me that there must be a way that pigs do learn to fly and one day we were fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of this sight (unbeknownst to the pigs or the little bird pilots). My original thought was hot air balloons, but my husband prefers the old WWI planes in his office. A bit textured and highly funny!

I love this, but are those bullet holes in the pigs???!!!
Jean Cormier replied:
Thank you David, I suppose they do look like bullet holes-these are the "Old Spot" pigs which I just love and some of the fur around the black spots looks a bit lighter to my eye anyway! Maybe I should rethink them though!!

Very Creative, Jean, and fun. But as a helicopter pilot, I believe that another option is better. I may be a little biased. Well done, and a favorite.
Jean Cormier replied:
Thank you DIck, fun to paint! I could have used helicopters too, darn it!
